Culver-Stockton College 
​Vice-President for Advancement - 
Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Vice President for Advancement (VPA). The VPA reports directly to the President and provides leadership and support for all institutional advancement efforts, including annual and major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, and alumni relations. The VPA serves on the Senior Leadership Group (President’s Cabinet) and will build the external financial support necessary for sustaining and advancing the College’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record as a major and principal gift fundraiser, including experience as the primary strategist for major gifts and significant experience with capital or comprehensive campaigns and successful grant proposals in a higher education setting.
 
Culver-Stockton College is a small, residential college founded in the liberal arts tradition and affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). The successful candidate will have an earned bachelor’s degree with CFRE certification (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) or comparable professional development preferred. The candidate will also have five or more years of progressive experience in advancement/fundraising in higher education; strong personnel management skills and experience leading staff in an academic environment; a demonstrated understanding of best practices in higher education advancement; and demonstrated experience working effectively with a President, Vice Presidents, and Board of Trustees members. Further, the candidate should have personal success with major gifts; knowledge of fundraising software, donor databases, gift and prospect management CRM products, and other relevant tools; excellent written and oral communication skills; and the ability to travel extensively, including the ability to travel independently by driving or flying, regionally and nationally, to represent the College at fundraising and stewardship events.

Leader Valley
Director of Development - 
The Leader Valley Director of Development is responsible for strengthening the organization’s current financial health and long-term sustainability. The Director of Development is responsible for the management, implementation, and continual evaluation of an overall fundraising plan to sustain Leader Valley operations and programming, as well as the promotion of the Leader Valley mission and objectives. This includes cultivating and maintaining relationships with key donors and charitable organizations, securing major gifts, and teaming with the Finance and Operations Director and contracted communications and grant writer. Luther College
Assistant or Associate Director of Annual Giving & Campaigns - 
The Assistant/Associate Director serves as the chief executor of the Luther College’s appeals program, which activates support from constituents through broad and segmented communications in ways that advance Luther’s mission. This position provides oversight and fundraising strategy on all annual appeals, providing data-informed strategy and analysis for Luther’s overall annual giving plan. Development Officer - The development officer serves as an ambassador of the College with responsibility to build and develop long-term, donor-centric relationships built on a firm understanding of the donor’s interest, passions, and values. Executive Director for Advancement - The Executive Director for Advancement serves as a leader within the Office of Institutional Advancement and plays a vital role in advancing the College’s mission through strategic constituent engagement, annual giving, and advancement services. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director oversees the daily operations and management of advancement operations. This role requires a collaborative, goal-oriented, and innovative leader who can effectively manage a team, align divisional efforts to maximize constituent engagement, and increase efficiency of operations and data management. The Executive Director will manage and mentor a team of professionals and support staff and work closely with faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees.
